The Brantas Train, Crashed into an Articulated Truck in Semarang, Exploded and Burned badly

Good morning everyone, I'm Dewi Mahardhika with "City Happenings Coverage". I am currently at the location after the Brantas train evacuation incident, which hit a trailer truck in Semarang, exploded and burned badly. While passing along in Jalan Madukoro Raya, West Semarang, Central Java, on Tuesday 18 July 2023, at 19.20

It is suspected that a train from Jakarta had an accident near the Madukoro Raya crossing. In CCTV footage, the train can be seen hitting a white truck which appears to have stopped and is thought to have broken down. The truck that was hit by the locomotive hit the bridge, and was dragged 50 meters from the crossing before finally exploding and flames were seen rising high due to the powerful explosion.

There were no fatalities, the truck driver was able to get out and run for his life. The train passengers were also successfully evacuated to the back carriage by the driver before the explosion occurred.

This project really helped me in practicing pronunciation, intonation, clarity, fluency, in speaking English.

The process is very fun, starting from looking for news information about accidents, school activities, sports, and many other types of news (just choose one type). Next, write a detailed news script with a 5W+1H structure. And most recently while filming at Scene News.
